## Save to a project

Save complete folders into `.agents/skills/<skill>/`. The personal scope for all projects is `~/.agents/skills/<skill>/`. Download and read the packages first:

```sh
context4_skill_tmp="$(mktemp -d)"
for skill in context4 context4-setup; do
  curl --fail --location "https://ctx4.me/skills/$skill/archive.zip" --output "$context4_skill_tmp/$skill.zip"
  unzip -l "$context4_skill_tmp/$skill.zip"
done
# Read SKILL.md and references before installing.
mkdir -p .agents/skills
for skill in context4 context4-setup; do
  unzip -n "$context4_skill_tmp/$skill.zip" -d .agents/skills
done
```

`unzip -n` does not overwrite files. If a folder already exists, compare versions: skipping it does not mean an update succeeded. In a new conversation, check that `context4` and `context4-setup` appear. Add `context4-workflows` in the same way for tasks across systems.

Configure [MCP](https://ctx4.me/docs/connect-codex.md) separately. [All files](https://ctx4.me/docs/skills-index.json). If the agent cannot access files, save them manually or use the instructions in the current chat without claiming persistent installation.
