Context4Connect through MCP

Connect Codex to your work services.

Copy the prompt and send it to Codex. The agent will configure Context4, offer service authorization and check the first data read.

You can connect remote MCP directly without a required plugin. The general prompt links to instructions for different clients.

What happens after you send the prompt

The agent will check MCP setup. You will sign in to Context4 and select a workspace. To connect a CRM or another service, the agent will show a separate authorization link.

If the client needs a restart or a new chat for tools to appear, the agent will explain that step. Having instructions does not yet confirm access in your account.

The product includes a Codex setup guide using a persistent Context4 connection. End-to-end operation in your account and client version requires a separate check.

Open Codex App or CLI and paste the ready-made connection prompt.

Confirm the workspace in the browser through OAuth; no Context4 API key is needed.

After connecting, choose a service, test a safe read, and ask the agent to suggest next steps.
