1. The Context4 service
Context4 is a technical intermediary between your selected AI client or application and business-service APIs. It exposes MCP and HTTP API tools, checks permissions, forwards operation parameters and returns results. Context4 is not the source CRM and does not create its data.
Capabilities are limited by connector tools, connection status and account permissions. An integration page does not guarantee access for every user. Soon integrations do not provide executable tools.
2. Free service
Context4 is completely free to use. Context4 does not charge for connecting or executing available tools. There is no paid subscription or mandatory paid package.
AI clients and connected services may require their own subscription, API access or usage fees. Those costs are not Context4 fees. Technical limits and abuse protections also apply to free use.
4. Requests and results
The AI client forms a tool call; Context4 executes an available operation within permissions. Creating, changing, deleting and sending affect the source system. Request them explicitly and verify parameters and results. An AI text response is not proof of a successful action.
Context4 does not editorially review every API response or guarantee complete source data or correct AI conclusions. Errors or disconnections may leave outcomes unknown. Check the source system before retrying a change to avoid duplicates.
5. Data and recipients
Request and response content is proxied without persistent storage in Context4. Account records and authorization secrets are processed separately to operate connections. The privacy policy describes processing, recipients, deletion and rights.
External AI clients and services operate under their own rules and may process data in other countries. You determine permitted disclosures and authority; OAuth does not replace mandatory legal bases, consents or transfer requirements. These terms do not release the Context4 supplier from its own obligations.
6. Availability and responsibility
External APIs, plans and permissions change. Maintenance, failures and restrictions may occur. Free provision does not include a promise of uninterrupted operation or an individual SLA.
Responsibility depends on each party's actions and applicable law. To the extent permitted by law, the supplier is not responsible for users' independent unlawful acts, third-party failures or external AI conclusions. This does not exclude responsibility for the supplier's own violations or restrict mandatory consumer rights.
7. Disconnecting and ending access
You may stop using the service, disconnect integrations and revoke grants. Removing a plugin, revoking MCP access, deleting a Context4 key and revoking a CRM grant are different operations. Contact support to delete your account.
The supplier may restrict a connection for signs of compromise, unlawful use, third-party rights violations, infrastructure threats or binding legal requirements. Restrictions relate to their cause; where permitted, users receive an explanation and a way to contact support.
A disputed corporate connection may require proof of authority. Revoking access does not undo completed operations or delete external-system data.
8. Requests and changes
Email the supplier with questions, complaints, incident reports and data requests. Do not include passwords, tokens or full business-system exports.
The date and version appear on this page. Material changes are communicated before they apply; necessary consents are requested separately. Mandatory rules and the right to contact a competent authority or court are preserved. Switching language does not change the supplier.
