Include the AI client, service, workspace, error time and a safe operation identifier if available. Do not send passwords, tokens or CRM exports.
Context4 is completely free. AI clients and source services are billed under their own terms.
Cannot connect your AI
ChatGPT uses a plugin; Claude uses a remote connector. Availability depends on your account and organization rules. If the required option is missing, check permissions with your administrator.

Authorize the relevant connection again in your browser. Check the account and workspace. If permissions are insufficient, contact the source-system owner.
Service connections →Missing data or an unknown action outcome
Check the account permissions for the object and the request parameters. If a connection dropped during a change, check the source service before retrying.
Verify actions →Disconnect and revoke access
Disconnect the account in Context4 and revoke its grant or key in the source service. Revoke the AI client MCP access separately. Removing a plugin alone does not revoke every other grant.
All revocation steps →Delete your account or service data
Email from your account address with the subject “Context4: data deletion”. Identify the workspace and what you want deleted. We verify your identity or organizational authority and explain the procedure. For data already received by an AI client or CRM, also contact that provider.
Data processing and deletion →Compromised access or a disputed connection
Revoke grants and email with the subject “Context4: incident”. Describe the affected account and time. If you own a corporate system, suggest a safe way to verify your authority. Do not attach secrets.
