Hermes Agent documents remote MCP and OAuth. This is MCP configuration for Hermes Agent. In its ~/.hermes/config.yaml file, add the server to the existing mcp_servers, preserving other settings. Configuration for this deployment's MCP:

Then run:

hermes mcp login context4

Authorize using the client's link. Restart Hermes or run /reload-mcp, then check that tools appear.

End-to-end operation of Hermes with Context4 has not been confirmed yet. If OAuth fails, do not replace it by sharing secrets in chat. Official Hermes MCP documentation.

Install Context4 skills

For normal setup, install context4 and context4-setup. Add context4-workflows for tasks across systems. Hermes installation. Skills do not replace MCP or authorization.
