Install Context4 in Hermes Agent.

Read context4, setup, and their references before installation. Hermes downloads SKILL.md and explicitly linked files:

hermes skills install 'https://ctx4.me/skills/context4-setup/SKILL.md'

The usual location is ~/.hermes/skills/. Start a new session and check availability. The agent can save a complete package through skill_manage; do not silently overwrite edits. Optional: context4-workflows. MCP/OAuth is configured separately.

Official installation guide. The format is documented; end-to-end operation with Context4 has not been verified yet.
