This is Claude web/desktop, not Claude Code. Download and read the context4 ZIP and setup ZIP. Each archive contains one folder with SKILL.md and references.
Open Customize → Skills → plus → Create skill → Upload a skill. Upload and enable each package. Availability depends on your account, code execution, and organization rules. The agent prepares files and explains the steps; it must not claim an upload happened without an actual action.
Optional: workflows ZIP. Skills do not create a remote connector. Cloud Claude needs reachable HTTPS addresses. If uploading is prohibited, use the instructions in the current conversation and state that no installation took place.
